Refund policy
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery through our website.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories must be intact.
• Products showing signs of use, perfume, makeup stains, damage, alterations, or washing will not qualify for return.
Items purchased during sale, clearance, promotional offers, or special campaigns are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must submit a return request through our website within the eligible return period.
Once the request is received:
1. Our team will review the request.
2. Upon approval, a reverse pick-up will be arranged.
3. Return pick-up will be attempted up to three times.
If the pick-up fails after three attempts, or if the customer’s PIN code is not serviceable for reverse pick-up, the customer will be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse address shared by our support team.
We strongly recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking facilities for self-shipped returns.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear product images and an unboxing video are mandatory for verification purposes. Claims raised without sufficient proof may not be eligible for approval.
After verification, eligible cases will receive a full refund without any return handling charges.
Quality Check & Return Approval
All returned products undergo a quality inspection after reaching our warehouse.
If the returned item fails the quality check or does not meet our return eligibility conditions, the product will be shipped back to the customer, and no refund will be processed.
Return Handling Charges
A return handling fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount for all customer-initiated approved returns.
No return handling fee will be charged in cases where:
• An incorrect product was delivered
• The product received was damaged or defective
Refund Process
Once the returned product passes the quality check, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in the account.
Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different size, color, or product, you may place a new order separately after initiating a return request for the original item, if eligible.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy terms.
Change of Return Address
The return pick-up address cannot be changed once the return request has been approved and processed.
