Shipping policy

At Deal Jeans, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently.

1. SHIPPING TIMELINES

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics issues, weather conditions, public holidays, operational delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. SHIPPING PARTNERS

Orders are delivered through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

5. PROOF OF DELIVERY & TRANSFER OF RISK

Upon delivery, the recipient may be required to provide a signature, OTP verification, or any other acknowledgment requested by the delivery partner. Such acknowledgment shall serve as valid and conclusive proof of delivery of the order.

Deal Jeans shall not be responsible for any acknowledgment, signature, OTP confirmation, or acceptance provided by any person present at the delivery address, regardless of whether such person is the original purchaser or intended recipient.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order. Deal Jeans shall not be liable for failed deliveries, delays, losses, or additional charges arising due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address or contact information provided by the customer.

Once the order has been delivered to the provided shipping address, Deal Jeans shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or tampering of the products thereafter.

The title, ownership, and risk of loss of the products shall pass to the customer immediately upon handing over the shipment to the shipping carrier or logistics partner for delivery.

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier partners generally attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or unreachable contact details, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.

7. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or open package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at ecom@dealjeans.com with your order details and package photographs.

Claims regarding damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

8. DELAYED DELIVERIES

While we strive to deliver within estimated timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Transport disruptions
• Courier delays
• Public holidays
• Force majeure events

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, Deal Jeans ships only within India unless otherwise specified.
